Main Responsibilities


Enquiry


  • Attend to and address all face to face as well as phone enquiries by patients, visitors and other interested parties
  • Obtain and maintain current knowledge on the type of health services provided;
    its contents, prices and preparations, and the nature of the forms commonly used


Registration


  • Accurately register patients for the health services and process the service listings via the computer system
  • Schedule patients for appointments for tests, consultations and X-rays
  • As and when necessary, tally all daily cash, NETs collections, close the accounts and submit to Finance Department at the end of each working day


Sorting


  • Print laboratory and X-ray results/reports, and match to patients’ records
  • Accurately sort results/reports according to organisation


Other Responsibilities


  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure that services are performed professionally and efficiently
  • Any other duties assigned by the Mobile Bus Team Leader, Logistics Executive


Education Qualifications and Work Experience


  • GCE O or N level with at least 2 years experience in the service industry
  • Any combination equivalent to experience and education that could likely provide the required knowledge and abilities would be qualifying


Knowledge Skills and Competencies Required


  • Basic knowledge and familiarity in computer applications such as MS Windows
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to interact proactively, professionally and tactfully with patients, visitors and other interested parties
  • Ability to handle complaints and emotional patients and/or visitors with diplomacy and sensitivity
  • Ability establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
  • Ability to work independently and make simple but sound judgments within established guidelines
  • Comfortable to travel within Singapore (Company transport provided)
  • Will be required to come in earlier depending on events' start time

  • Strong administration background is a must
  • Outgoing personality
  • Preferably with WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (by HMI), not a must
  • Relevant work experience as clinic assistant / patient service associate / clinical service associate is a must
