- Managing order processing and invoicing via ERP systems
- Addressing customer inquiries regarding orders
- Facilitating communication and coordination between customers and factories to ensure seamless order delivery
- Liaising with our local after-sales service team to resolve product issues promptly
- Overseeing local inventory management
- Generating weekly/monthly reports detailing order status
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Support and/or Admin
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and customers.
- Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders in China.
- Proficiency in ERP systems is a plus.
