Responsibilities:



  • Answer customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and warranty claims via hotline and email.
  • Provide technical support to resolve customer problems, incidents, and requests.
  • Escalate issues as needed and diligently follow up.
  • Accurately enter all cases into our system.
  • Respond to customer emails promptly.
  • Adhere to procedures, processes, and meet KPIs.


Requirement



  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
