Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and warranty claims via hotline and email.
- Provide technical support to resolve customer problems, incidents, and requests.
- Escalate issues as needed and diligently follow up.
- Accurately enter all cases into our system.
- Respond to customer emails promptly.
- Adhere to procedures, processes, and meet KPIs.
Requirement
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
