  • Enter and process orders, generating invoices through SAP system
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries related to their orders
  • Coordinate and communicate with both customers and production facilities to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports providing status updates on outstanding orders
  • Facilitate smooth order management through effective communication and coordination across various stakeholders




  • About 2 years of sales support/coordination positions
  • Experienced in using ERP Systems (eg. SAP)
  • Comfortable to communicate among various stakeholders (ie. customers - email and phone calls and internal stakeholders - logistics, finance, sales)
