Job Details:

- Basic $2550
- 5 Days rostered shift work from Mon-Sun
- 1 Year Renewable
- Bishan

Responsibilities:

- Resolving enquiries from drivers which includes escalated cases – average 12 cases per day.
- Resolving cases via emails and do follow up calls only

Requirements:

- Min O Levels
- Prior Customer service experience in handling escalation complaints
