Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented SAP GRC and Security Consultant with knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP GRC solutions, overseeing security and authorization processes, and ensuring robust IAM practices within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure SAP environments that comply with regulatory standards and align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement, configure, and maintain SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules.
   
2. Design and manage SAP security and authorization models to protect critical business data and systems.
   
3. Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, and procedures to manage user access across SAP applications.
   
4. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
   
5. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and enforce security policies and standards.
   
6. Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP security best practices and IAM solutions.
   
7. Monitor and analyze SAP security logs and reports to detect and respond to security incidents.
   
8. Assist in defining roles, profiles, and authorizations within SAP systems to ensure least privilege access.
   
9. Stay informed about emerging threats and security trends relevant to SAP environments.
   
10. Lead and support SAP security and IAM projects from planning through execution and post-implementation support.
    
11. Lead and support the operations and BAU team.
    

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as an SAP GRC and Security Consultant or in a similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules.
  
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP security and authorization concepts.
  
• Hands-on experience with IAM solutions and practices, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and SSO (Single Sign-On).
  
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.G., GDPR, SOX) and their impact on SAP security and IAM.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP ERP modules is a plus.
  
• SAP certification in GRC and/or security-related areas is desirable.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cloud security principles and practices, particularly within SAP environments.
  
• Experience with SAP Fiori and other SAP user interfaces.
  
• Previous experience in leading IAM implementation projects.
