Cybersecurity Program Manager

Summary

The Program Manager guides customers through service stages, enhancing their security posture by articulating the value of MSSP services. Collaborating with internal teams, the manager builds strong customer relationships, addresses their needs, leads projects, and provides regular security reviews and reports.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
  
• Understand and address customer needs and challenges.
  
• Highlight the value of MSSP services and identify additional monitoring opportunities.
  
• Manage onboarding projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
  
• Create and monitor project plans, reporting progress to stakeholders.
  
• Conduct regular security reviews and suggest service improvements.
  
• Develop detailed service delivery reports.
  
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, acting as an escalation point.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in service delivery within an MSSP or cybersecurity firm.
  
• Certifications like CISSP, CEH, CISA, or CISM are a plus.
  
• Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity operations and security technologies.
  
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to various audiences.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and active listening abilities.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Highly motivated and proactive in addressing complex problems.
