Dc Duty Tech Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled DC Duty Tech Operator to join our data center team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our data center infrastructure, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Close Coordination with End User Singapore DC Manager.
   
2. Coordinate onsite scheduled PMV Services by OEM/Partners.
   
3. Spares Inventory control and management.
   
4. Ensure safety compliance.
   
5. Follow DC Operation MOP, SOP and EOP for quality of works.
   
6. Ensure customer’s satisfaction consistency.
   
7. Ensure agreed SLA and KPI is achieved.
   
8. Response to e-Call during after office hours.
   
9. Attend regular review on DC operations with SE Team.
   
10. Prepare reports on DC Operation for routine PMV completed.
    
11. Proposed continuous improvement action plan.
    
12. Zero Escalation from on technical issues and operation issue.
    

Overall, the Duty Tech Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the data center, minimizing downtime, and maintaining the integrity and security of the systems and data housed within.

Requirements:

• Experience in data center operations or a similar role.
  
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and networking.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus.
