Demi Chef (Pastry)


  • Prepares, cooks and serves any food delegated as your responsibility ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times.
  • Assists with the acceptance and storage of deliveries and that all-relevant company procedures are adhered to.
  • Monitor and minimize food wastage.
  • Perform proper storage of all raw materials once received.
  • Provides assistance to co-employees within food &
    beverage and amongst other departments in the performance of tasks to foster team work and success for the Hotel.
  • Oversee that cleanliness standards are met for equipment, work stations and environment.
  • Adheres to rules and regulations set by the Management.


Job Requirement


  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Food &
    Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s):
    Culinary
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Willing to work shifts.
