Deputy Project Director /Chief Engineer

- Assist the Project Manager and Project Director in managing the engineering aspects of the project end-to-end

- Responsible for the coordination of the internal teams including the security and IT and the developers

- Where possible, implement new systems for the project

- Establish and implement the engineering policies, standards and procedures

- Oversees the hiring, training and the development of the engineering team

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the engineering team

- Work with project managers to ensure the project is completed on time and within the budget

- Assist actively in the project development and completion

- Report to upper management in China

- Plan and monitor work schedules and cash flows effectively

- Assist the PM and PD to collaborate with multiple and diverse teams

Requirements :

- Must have more than 10 years of power plant construction work experience and have experience in managing similar power plant construction projects as a senior project manager.

- Familiar with the task requirements, process and technical specifications of gas power station project construction.

- Have an internationally recognized bachelor degree or above.

- Proficient in the application of project management software;

- Demonstrate interpersonal, management and communication skills;

- good construction organization, oral and written expression skills;

- Able to start work on short notice will be an advantage

- Must be able to do reports in Mandarin for our head office in China
