Deputy Project Manager

Job Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing projects as well as overseeing facility management operations. Collaborate closely with project and facility management, clients, and various disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, facility management, clients, and other discipline leads.
  
• Responsible for all instrumentation, control and automation-related works maintenance, overhaul and commissioning.
  
• Prepare specifications, requirements and drawings.
  
• Supervise all works to ensure it meet the requirements and comply with the specifications.
  
• Lead the existing project/facility teams in system configurations and coordination.
  
• Provide support for project budget, resource needs and schedule.
  
• Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with agreed timelines, budgets and customer’s expectations.
  
• Attend meetings when necessary.
  
• Other duties as assigned by the management.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or relevant
  
• Proven experience with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in maintaining HV/LV electrical distribution, ACMV, or Fire Protection Systems.
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate project teams.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  
• Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  
• Ability to manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively
