Main Responsibilities:

• Conducting market and consumer psychology research and being abreast of emerging digital trends, tools and platforms.
  
• Performing digital marketing analytics, preparing reports, and sharing key insights with the team to develop optimisation plans, including managing platforms for outreach and possible international stockists.
  
• Strategizing and implementing digital marketing efforts, including KOL and brand partnerships.
  
• Full spectrum digital ads management, including but not limited to, ad buy, conceptualising content, implementing effective campaigns, analysing data, and evaluating campaign performance.
  
• Maintaining and regularly updating website and other digital company presence, and to improve overall client web UX.
  
• Coordinating with relevant parties and agencies to ensure consistency in marketing strategies across all channels.
  
• Marketing team support and ad-hoc support to the relevant teams, including but not limited to photography, client relationship management and retail operations.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  
• Strong understanding of Shopify and proven expertise in e-commerce.
  
• Proficiency of social media platforms, and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.
