Responsibilities:


  • Development and execution of innovative campaigns on YouTube, specifically targeting the finance audience. Craft engaging content tailored to the unique format and preferences of the YouTube platform.

  • Developing effective media buying strategies

  • Participating in media planning to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns
  • Utilize YouTube Analytics and other relevant tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling video content tailored for YouTube advertising.
  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize video content for discoverability and ranking on YouTube search results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in YouTube advertising to continuously refine strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and insights for enhancing YouTube marketing efforts.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI for YouTube advertising campaigns.
  • Stay informed about YouTube platform policies, guidelines, and advertising policies to ensure compliance in all campaigns.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree required.




Experience/Skills:


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Creative mindset with a talent for generating innovative marketing ideas tailored to the finance audience
  • Proven track record of creating and launching successful YouTube campaigns.
  • Experience in media buying.
  • Proficiency in creating captivating ads YouTube.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective project and time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with trading in Stocks is a plus.
