Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Ideation and New Business Proposals:
    Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideation and contribute to the creation of new business proposals.
  • Social Media Campaigns:
    Brainstorm, plan, and execute engaging social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Content Creation:
    Craft compelling social media copy tailored for different clients and channels. This includes writing posts, captions, and other forms of social media content.
  • Social Media Strategies:
    Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, campaigns, and visual content, including static images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Visual Content Collaboration:
    Work closely with Redhill graphic designers to provide clear briefs on visual content needed for clients, assisting in design direction and production.
  • Client Servicing:
    Assist with day-to-day client servicing, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction.
  • KOL Management:
    Support all aspects of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management, including identifying KOLs, reaching out, negotiating partnerships, and managing content production.
  • Trend Analysis:
    Stay updated with the latest social media trends and insights, suggesting tweaks to social media activities where applicable.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    Prepare detailed monthly social media reports to be shared with clients, gathering key performance indicators (KPIs), offering insights, and recommending improvements.
  • Paid Advertising:
    Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Community Management:
    Monitor and engage with audiences on various social media platforms to build community and foster engagement.
  • SEO and SEM:
    Support SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Email Marketing:
    Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns as needed.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.


Who we’re looking for:


  • Individuals with 1-2 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a process-driven approach.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and consistently deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
