We are looking for an experienced digital marketing and social media specialist to join our APAC Marketing &
Communications team. The successful candidate will be a specialist in digital marketing and social media across Asia and will be responsible for championing our digital marketing and social media efforts across the region at both the strategic and operational level. Your digital expertise combined with strong business acumen, will be pivotal in driving effective campaigns that resonate with our target audience across the region.

Responsibilities




· Driving innovation and excellence in key digital properties, including country websites and social media channels, to support marketing campaigns, brand building and achieve positive user experience.


· Reporting to the Head of Campaigns, this person will be responsible for developing digital campaigns at a regional level, and provide website, SEO/SEM and social media guidance and support to the countries as needed.


· Collaborate with the business and regional marketing team members to enhance the user experience on our websites.


· Familiarise yourself with the digital tools available in the organisation and propose effective solutions that utilise these tools.


· Work with the countries to enhance their website analytics programs and ensure optimise all sites.


· Design and implement impactful digital marketing and social media strategies with well-defined objectives, metrics and analytics.


· Measure and report performance of all digital assets and campaigns.


· Identify digital trends and insights, and help optimise performance based on the insights.


· Ensure that the websites, social channels and digital marketing campaigns adhere to Chubb’s brand guidelines, accessibility standards and company policies.




Skills and experience




· To be successful in this role you will be familiar with best practices in the digital space for both website and social medica channels across Asia, with the ability to implement, discuss alternatives and recommend actions.


· Minimum 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role in a global organization, preferably in financial services.


· Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data studio, Adobe Experience Manager (Content Management Platform) and a working knowledge of SEO and Accessibility.


· Experience working with other digital tools including Conductor, AQA, OneTrust and Microsoft Dynamics.


· Demonstrated success managing corporate websites marketing strategies and local social media strategies.


· Passion and appreciation for the impact of digital and social media on communication and brand building.


· Actively engaged and knowledgeable on social media channels across Asia, and well-versed in digital market trends and best practices.


· Previous experience in collaborating with broad group of internal and external stakeholders in large organisations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose sound recommendations to stakeholders.


· Ability to work closely within the marketing team and the various internal teams to drive campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
