Digital Product Manager

Role Summary:

Digital Product Manager will lead the development and execution of risk management strategies and programs. This role requires a deep understanding of financial risk, including market, credit, and operational risk. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects and leading teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Risk Management Initiatives:
  Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures. Identify, assess, and monitor financial risks in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  
• Client Engagement:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and provide tailored risk management solutions.
  
• Team Leadership:
  Lead a team of risk professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  
• Stakeholder Management:
  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of risk management strategies with business objectives.
  
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise the organization accordingly.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, CA, FRM) preferred.
  
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and products.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
