As a Digital &
Social Marketing - Manager, you will be responsible for devising a lead generation strategy that will improve and meet the new customer outreach needs, as well as contribute to the growth of the assigned customer base.




You must have a strong grasp of the latest lead generation techniques, lead management systems, and all aspects of digital and social marketing and campaigns to effectively promote brands and/or products.




You must be familiar with current marketing tools and be able to lead integrated digital and social marketing campaigns from concept to execution, launching campaigns and content on time and on budget. You are also required to adapt and update lead generation tactics according to customers’ needs and market demands.


Where needed, you will work closely with the team and/or appointed agency.




Key responsibilities of the role include:


  • Spearheads lead campaigns, follows up on all generated leads and updates on the progress of appointed lead generation initiatives
  • Conducts periodic research to survey market trends, identify potential customers and fresh prospects, and follow up with concerted lead generation tactics, plans and forecasts
  • Monitors, complies, evaluates and reports regularly on performance of digital and social media lead generation marketing post-mortem to achieve effective marketing goals (KPIs) and ROI that meet new customer outreach needs and contribute to target customer base
  • Maintains and keeps lead databases and tracking lead sources up-to-date
  • Plans, creates and develops engaging social media and digital content, schedules/ calendars and pipeline, working closely with the content production team or assigned designer
  • Manages social marketing calendars and upload approved content on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, in line with content ideas and campaigns for brands and products
  • Manages and oversees social media platforms/ communities by crafting appropriate responses to social media posts, queries and discussions
  • Analyses competitor activity and research new digital and social media opportunities – but not limited to lead generation, that are beneficial for the brands and businesses
  • Works with the ops teams to ensure their commitment and engagement in the plans and in turn ensures optimal marketing and lead generation execution
  • Manages assigned budgets prudently and strategically
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Experience


  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications with minimum 5 or more years of proven experience in lead generation/ management and consumer marketing
  • Commercial exposure and understanding preferred
  • Portfolio of completed projects
  • Robust knowledge and proficiency in lead generation, social and digital marketing, and writes well
  • Familiar with lead management software and/or CRM program
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management skills – able to manage multiple projects, and execute them well
  • A proactive and collaborative team player who is able to work independently and in a team to deliver results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


Work Schedule:
Mon-Fri 9-6pm
