About the Client:


A leading international financial services organization is seeking a high-caliber Digital Solutions Customer Service Representative.


Responsibilities:


Assist in resolving policyholders’ and distribution representatives’ issues related to insurance policies, ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to enquiries and requests through emails, mails, and fax within the expected turnaround time.
  • Resolve policyholders’, distribution representatives’, and business partners’ issues related to insurance matters.
  • Assess and manage appeals, feedback, and minor complaints from policyholders and business partners.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle ad-hoc tasks delegated by the Section Head.
  • Ensure business and regulatory compliance, taking steps to mitigate risks and share best practices.


The successful Digital Solutions Customer Service Specialist must possess strong customer service skills, experience in the insurance industry, high integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage regulatory compliance risks effectively.


Skills/Requirement:


Key Requirements:


  • ‘A’ Levels with professional certification in Insurance is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer servicing role in life insurance.
  • Meticulous, accurate, and capable of producing high-quality work.
  • Proficient in customer service with a strong drive for service excellence.
  • High integrity, accountability, teamwork, and adaptability to new changes.
