About Company:

Our client was started in 1965 as a medical hall and became a wholesaler and distributor of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1980. The company owned a manufacturing facility to manufacture its medical products. Our client is GMP certified. The company owns a total of 6 retail outlets and is located across different regions in Singapore.
Job Description:

- Manage day-to-day operations for the company's e-commerce platforms, including process daily sales orders, invoicing, attend to customer enquiries and handle returns.
- Work closely with delivery/warehouse team to ship out daily orders timely
- Upload product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Ensure product information (e.G. pricing/promotions/product images) are up-to-date
- Generate monthly sales report and work closely with finance team to provide supporting information for account reconciliation
- Resolve any e-commerce platform issues
- Responsible to design/re-design the company's product packaging, creating promotional posters and web banners
- Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator or design related software.
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous with good organizational skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders, including vendors and customers.
Compensation:

Monday to Friday 8am-5:
30pm
- AWS (1 month basic salary)
- Variable bonus
