Job Description

• Design and Development:
  Develop electrical and instrumentation control designs for water treatment plants and related facilities.
  Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts.
  
• Project Management:
  Manage and oversee electrical and instrumentation aspects of water treatment construction projects.
  Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
  
• Installation and Commissioning:
  Supervise the installation of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  Conduct commissioning and testing of control systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with project specifications.
  
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
  Provide ongoing maintenance support for electrical and instrumentation systems.
  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  
• Compliance and Safety:
  Ensure all electrical and instrumentation work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
  Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and hazards.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Control and Instrumentation, or a related field.
  
• At least 5 years experience with water and wastewater treatment projects is advantageous.
  
• Familiarity with industry standards such as NORSOK, NEK, PSA, IEC, and BS, including expertise in hazardous areas classification.
  
• Willingness to travel internationally (Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia etc)
