We have an unparalleled understanding of the evolving market structures, economics, and strategic and regulatory trends across all segments of the financial services sector. Our distinct approach is characterized by deep specialization and rigorous fact-based analysis.

Our Singapore business has a growing presence with deep relationships with regulators and leading players across the industry. We are searching for highly qualified Manager/Principal candidates, for strategy consulting roles working broadly across financial services for our business and are looking for candidates with relevant work experience preferably in Financial Services and/or Management consulting. Experience could be from working at financial institutions or supporting them in consulting capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Our consulting roles offer excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with relevant prior experience. As a professional member of our firm, your initial responsibilities will include:

• Managing the execution of individual project modules. This typically includes developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, creatively tackling information limitations, and surfacing insights.
  
• Supporting our Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality case execution
  
• Owning and developing executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders.
  
• For Manager hires, managing and developing the capabilities of junior consulting staff.
  

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 6-8 years, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments.
  
• Preference for candidates with strong data analytics experience
  
• Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments
  
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
  
• Financial services industry knowledge, breadth across or depth within one of our practice areas is preferred.

• Ability to apply content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution, develop new intellectual capital to support business development activities, and for Manager and Principal hires to lead these activities
  
• Outstanding communication skills;
  confidence in presenting to senior executives
  
• Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program
