- Provide technical support to customers for network systems
- Perform installation of hardware and software systems
- Work closely with customer to troubleshoot systems
- Able to perform both low level and high level design
- Able to work on heatmap for wireless solution
Job Requirements
- Experience in Cisco/ Huawei/ Aruba products
- Minimum CCNP or HCIP certifications
- Diploma or University in the field of IT
- 2-4 years of experiences
- Some good security knowledge as well
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good team player

Working Hours
8 30am to 6 00pm (Mondays - Fridays)
