We are presently working with a large global law firm with a massive presence across APAC, EMEA &
the Americas.
about the job
You will handle complicated cross border transactions primarily in the South Asian and Southeast Asian markets. You will be involved in IPOs, private placements, derivatives and book building primarily through equity capital market legal support.
about the manager/team
You will work under a senior partner within the capital markets team in a mixed group of counsels, senior associates and legal associates.
skills and experience required
You will be have between 4-6 PQE covering and have equity capital markets experiences covering the South Asian market particularly India. Exposure to Indonesia and Vietnam markets are advantageous. Being called to a commonwealth or US bar is desirable.
