Event Marketing Specialist (Ai - Tech / Education)

【Job Responsibilities】

- Plan and execute company marketing activities, including but not limited to seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and offline promotional activities.

- Develop detailed strategies for marketing activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as growth, operations, product management, as well as external event planning agencies to ensure the success of the activities.

- Manage the event budget, maintain relationships with suppliers, and carry out logistics planning to ensure the smooth running of the activities.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of activities and submit reports, formulate event SOPs, and take responsibility for the performance of the events.

【Job Requirements】

- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or related fields, and at least 2 years of working experience as an event coordinator or planner.

- Have the ability to formulate marketing activity strategies, familiar with the latest trends and best practices in event planning, and have a deep understanding of offline marketing and shopping malls, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with experience in providing solutions and making immediate decisions during the event.
