Event Producer

• Plan, execute and manage various events and live production projects.
  
• Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding to providing timely customer support.
  
• Craft and develop creative event proposals for different clients requirements.
  
• Service and advise clients on their requirements prior to each event project.
  
• Be responsible for project development and coordination with relevant parties.
  
• Manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event
  
• Liaise, communicate and collaborate with various vendors regarding different aspects of event production.
  
• Assist event manager in necessary preparations and planning work.
  
• Putting together both a budget plan and event production schedule for relevant projects.
  
• Manage project timeline and ensure timelines are met from brief reception to assets delivery.
  
• Provide professional consultation and handle sales strategies for potential leads.
  
• Take initiative in brainstorming concept &
  theme of all events
  

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Events Management or equivalent
   
2. Strong skill in communication and coordination efforts.
   
3. Outgoing and not afraid to take on challenges.
   
4. Streaming knowledge:
   Mastering of Zoom Meetings &
   Webinars capabilities and OBS/vMix. Other systems welcomed. (for Virtual events)
   
5. Sufficient knowledge of audiovisual lighting aspects.
   
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
   
7. Have a positive working attitude, self-motivated, and be independent.
   
8. Need to have strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standard.
   
9. Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
   
10. Strong work commitment and looking to progress into a leader.
