- Provide full secretarial support to 2 senior leaders and team on diary management, scheduling meetings and arranging business travel, coordinating complex meetings, and arranging meeting rooms.
- Reviewing and summarizing reports and documents.
- Organizing events and conferences for the team.
- Assisting in reconciling monthly expense invoices.
- Collaborating with other support staff to ensure the timely completion of all tasks.
- Performing general office administrative duties and undertaking any ad hoc tasks as required.
- A qualified bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in global investment firms.
- Experience in a secretarial and administrative role in a corporate environment to ensure proficiency within our dynamic team environment
- Possesses strong initiative and self-motivation, excellent attention to detail and is meticulous
- Ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure and prioritise work
- Professional presentation and approachable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some flexibility in work hours is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
