Executive / Assistant Manager (Ceremonies) Hmst

Working hours:
8.30am – 6pm (Mon to Thurs), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
Salary:
$2,200 - $2,700 per month

Mid-May to mid-October (5 months)
Until mid-July:
Dover
After mid-July:
Punggol

Executive
Support in administration of awards cycle and certificate related matters (includes preparation for nominations, interviews, printing and packing of certificates, data upload to system etc.), and support in preparation and execution of the Convocation Ceremonies and any other duties as assigned
