What the role is You will be part of the Organisation Development (OD) and Change Management team in the Planning, Info and Corporate Services (PICS) department. Your work portfolio will involve working closely with internal stake holders to put in place systems and processes to ensure sustained organization success and effective employee engagement through fostering a positive and collaborative learning culture in OSHD. What you will be working on
- Work with team and stakeholders to strengthen the One-OSHD culture whereby staff develop a collaborative mindset, promote knowledge sharing, and seek continuous improvement.
- Support OD and capability development initiatives that empower staff to deliver their best.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Divisional-level events and initiatives that contribute towards an engaged and motivated workforce, which may be out-sourced or conducted internally. What we are looking for
- Possess change management or related skills and work experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Adaptable team player that is able to work with all levels of staff
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive and growth mindset
