Executive/ Senior Executive, Human Resource (Full Hr Function)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and improving local organizational structure and management methods to boost organizational development.
  
• Help develop and refine HR processes and mechanisms to support business operations effectively.
  
• Plan and execute recruitment strategies, handling employee recruitment and onboarding.
  
• Develop training plans, conduct employee training, and implement promotion schemes to enhance employee skills.
  
• Implement performance evaluation schemes to motivate employees and meet organizational goals.
  
• Handle compensation and benefits, and address employee queries.
  
• Manage employee relations to ensure a positive work environment and compliance.
  
• Maintain employee data and prepare reports for analysis.
  
• Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion.
  
• Update HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  
• Assist with other HR tasks as needed.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
  
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (Full spectrum of HR)
  
• IHRP/SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong consulting, guidance, and communication skills.
  
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility.
  
• High level of independence and teamwork spirit.
