Facade Site Supervisior

Job Description &
Requirements

• To coordinate with pm, consultants, clients to ensure that the project is properly executed;
  
  
• Perform Site-walk-through to ensure contract performance, safety compliance and quality control with the intent of delivering projects.
  
• Manage sub-contractors and suppliers effectively to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
  
• Identify construction/engineering constraints, prepare construction cost estimates, and hand-off project for construction
  
• In-charge of the testing and commissioning of the project.
  
• Attend (construction, quality, safety) meeting as stand-in Project manager while ensure the site schedule/progress is on track. Station at site when necessary.
  
• Assist in project tendering and operation
  
• Other administrative matters
  

Requirements:

• At least 5 years working experience in Construction Industry
  
• Degree in Civil engineering field or equivalent with construction safety course certificates i.E. BCSS, Construction Safety Course for Project Manager, Risk Management, etc, is an added advantage
  
• Ability to assist/correct/advice in façade designs and details, to read drawings/plans is a must as participations into workshops with architects, consultants and clients are a necessity.
  
• Good planning and communication skills are necessary.
  
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  
• Possess relevant certifications.
  
• Possessing a Class 3 driving license with your own vehicle is an advantage
