Responsibilities:

• Champion for plant machinery performance with overall OEE and TPM ownership
  
• Design, Review and Monitoring machinery performance and meet machine performance based on its design capacity.
  
• Work closely with Production team to maximize machine utilization, cut down idle time or shorten machine setup time, machine waiting time, and machine downtime
  
• Champion for lean machinery optimization to create value to the production and increase volume of output.
  
• Engineering mindset to approach systematic way from problem statement, ideas brainstorming, troubleshooting to problem solving.
  
• Ensure plant machinery TPM and OEE are in optimal level with tight control in preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance
  
• Plan, schedule and control machinery parts renewal, consumables and tools optimization and good organization system at Mechanical Plant with 5S and Kaizen approach.
  
• Good learning attitudes, contribute to mechanical and machinery improvement program, able to read and understanding P&
  ID, flow chart, work instruction, risk assessment and equipment specification with good engineering practices and knowledge
  
• Able to troubleshoot, ad-hoc problem solving and also able to engage/liaise external contractors to do critical job within the plant.
  
• Manage facility and building management with contractor management support.
  
• Report to operation management and provide service to Production Section to ensure Production output and KPI is met.
  

Requirements:

• College/bachelor's degree or above, with a background in mechanical related majors.
  
• More than 5 years of work experience in enterprises above the scale or technology research and development institutions engaged in environmental protection / mechanical equipment research and development design and other professional and technical front-line positions, can independently complete the design of equipment drawings, solid waste, environmental protection / mechanical equipment design experience is preferred.
  
• Proficient in a variety of large / medium / small crushing, sorting and other environmental protection equipment process, able to guide and assist equipment manufacturers to complete the process program design, installation, commissioning and breakthroughs in technical difficulties.
  
• Experience of undertaking equipment design and manufacturing, installation and commissioning, testing and other professional and technical work in the process of promoting new equipment for environmental protection.
  
• Proficient in the use of related office software, proficient in CAD, solid works, UG and other design and drafting software.
  
• Full sensitivity to new technologies, can quickly understand new technologies and apply them;
  can quickly identify problems and give ideas and solutions to solve them.
