Facilities Maintenance Manager

To assist with the expansion of our clinics, we are growing our Operations function.

Job Summary:

The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for the oversight and coordination of all maintenance activities across company facilities. This role ensures that all company properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination with our list of contractors for Facilities Maintenance works, renovations and repairs
  
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  
• Coordination with our list of vendors for clinic equipment maintenance and servicing;
  ie. Air conditioning, Shockwave Machine, Light Photodynamic PACT machine, Autoclave machine etc
  
• Basic troubleshooting and Maintenance of existing systems and IT equipment
  
• Schedule and supervise repairs, installations, and maintenance of facility systems
  
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
  
• Source and manage relationships with external contractors and vendors.
  

Requirements:

• Able to speak and write in basic English to communicate with suppliers/contractors/vendors/ town councils
  
• Previous experience in logistics/facilities management/IT support
  
• Class 3 driving licence preferred
  
• Have basic/intermediate competency in Google Sheets/ Excel
  
• Able to work independently
