Facilities Management Executive (A&A, Fit-Out Works)

• Support the Facilities Manager in overseeing all operational activities related to facilities and maintenance across the company's diverse property portfolio, including commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
  
• Ensure the efficient operation and proactive maintenance of facility-related equipment, including HVAC systems, fire protection systems, plumbing, lighting, generators, and other essential components.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Management or equivalent.
  
• At least 2 years of experience in managing fit-out and A&
  A works.
  
• Knowledge in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
