Facilities Management Executive/Engineer

Working Hours:
Office Hours, 5 days a week
Salary:
SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,500 per month
Completion Bonus:
Awarded at the end of 1 year

Roles &
Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee projects and A&
  A works within the hospital, medical centre, and other associated business units as instructed by the management.
  
• Track and ensure completion of preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department.
  
• Assist in projects and A&
  A works as assigned by the Head of Department or reporting Supervisor.
  
• Facilitate and manage assigned projects, ensuring they are completed within given deadlines and budgets.
  
• Demonstrate independence and resourcefulness, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments and levels.
  
• Support car park operations and assist in any other duties assigned.
  
• Manage the work schedule of contractors/vendors to ensure projects are completed within the timeline with minimal disruption to patients and staff.
  
• Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure all physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned.
  
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor.
  

Requirements

• Min Diploma / Degree in engineering or facilities management
  
• Min 1 to 2 years of facilities management
