Facilities Management Executive or Engineer (ENTRY LEVEL WELCOMED)

3 months, convert to 1 year contract
Job Description:
- Responsible for the projects and addition &
alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the management
- Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations
- To assist in projects and addiction &
alteration works
- Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline &
budget
- Support the car park operations
- Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work / project within the timeline with minimum disruption to the patients and staff
- Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned
- Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor.
