Facilities Manager (Engineering Coordinator) | 5 Days - Marina Bay | 6 Months Contract Daph

Our client is the leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management. It carries out property and corporate facility management services.

Responsibilities:

• Leading day to day engineering guidance for South East Asia team
  
• Compile weekly and monthly report
  
• Asset management program
  
• Set the facility management team on the right track through ample engineering planning and management.
  
• Drive success in terms of functionality and stability by finding new ways to improve the system.
  
• Ensure that team members both operational and engineering can efficiently respond to all engineering challenges.
  
• Comply with the policies and procedures from a regulatory and client perspective.
  
• Ensure that all risk mitigation plans are in place.
  
• Maintaining high-quality facilities operations
  
• In charge of reviewing the planned preventive maintenance programmes, as well as ensuring that service standards are aligned and maintained with regional operations procedures.
  
• Responsible for quality assurance by keeping the M&
  E systems in check.
  
• Involved in project review, execution and information documentation
  
• Keep track of the engineering portions of all project proposals, and participate in the technical aspects of the engineering portion of any project’s bidding process
  
• Oversee all engineering-related trainings of staff members, as well as ensure their compliance to necessary licenses and certifications.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical/ Mechanical / Refrigeration from a recognized educational institute
  
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Aircon &
  Electronics.
  
• Good analytical and communication skills with positive attitude
  
• Able to perform standby duties as per project requirement
