Key Responsibilities


  • Lead strategic contract management discussions and ensure timely renewal of contracts.
  • Proactively identify and resolve contractual issues through negotiation and amendment proposals.
  • Oversee Service Level Agreements with service providers, ensuring adherence to performance metrics and payment schedules.
  • Manage service and maintenance contracts within Facilities Management, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal departments to develop robust service contracts.
  • Monitor and report on Facilities Management expenditures regularly.
  • Support Facilities Management in procurement processes and decisions.
  • Assist in managing both operational and capital expenditure budgets.
  • Oversee utilities management and optimize costs.
  • Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new Facilities Management Quality Assurance policies aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Manage and document all Quality Assurance activities, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Conduct audits to evaluate and improve quality systems.
  • Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions effectively.
  • Centralize management and documentation of Work Instructions, FM Policies, and related guidelines.
  • Serve as the Workplace Safety &
    Health Champion and lead Business Continuity Planning efforts.
  • Coordinate FM training programs and oversee administrative support for the FM office.




Job Requirements


  • Degree in Building, Property Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent
  • Min 4-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in managing service provider contracts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement governance and processes.
  • Knowledge of mechanical &
    electrical maintenance and operations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with high work volumes.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and creativity in solutions.
