Facilities Technical Executive (Government Project) /Central Area

Our client is a company in the real estate/facilities industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Facilities Technical Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Central – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, schedule, and coordinate vendor/contractors for scheduled and urgent on-site maintenance tasks.
  
• Conduct daily checks/inspections of facilities &
  systems to make sure ofthe functionality and safety.
  
• Support in day-to-day operations.
  
• To check and analyse reported issues and malfunctions to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.
  
• Oversee upgrading projects as needed.
  
• Ensure vendors/contractors perform good and accurate work according to contract specifications, including evaluating contractor performance and reviewing contract details.
  
• Follow up with vendors/contractors on any defect after maintenance services.
  
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities or other relevant field of studies
  
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
