Facilities Technician (Biomedical Manufacturer)

Our client is an established company specialising in Biomedical and Manufacturing. They are expanding and growing at a fast pace and now looking to hire a Facilities Technician to support the growth. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance tasks for buildings, utilities, and facilities.
  
• Manage maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for utility systems, including boilers, compressors, chillers, dryers, cooling towers, and air conditioning units.
  
• Work with Professional Engineers for the servicing and overhaul of utility equipment.
  
• Organize audits for periodic inspections of buildings and facilities.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in engineering field
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance
