Facility Maintenance (Acmv & Handyman) Technician

Responsibilities:

· Provide installation and servicing for Facility Maintenance in ACMV related projects in Construction and Industrial sectors

· Well versed in Split unit / VRV / Chilled water System Equipment Maintenance and installation

· Able to provide regular maintenance for DXFCU / FCU / AHU / CRAC / MAU / Chiller / Cooling Tower / Pumps etc

· Provide necessary duty call after office hours or attend to urgent site maintenance

· Able to read project schedule

· Lead workplace safety and promotes safe practices at the job site

Requirements:

· Minimum 2-3 years of in ACMV servicing maintenance and installation

· Basic English writing / speaking with written Materials ordering skill
