Field Service Engineer (Life Sciences)

Our client is a Singapore based Scientific and Medical devices provider with presence in Southeast Asia region. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Product Specialist to join their Sales Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the South area – easily accessible.

Duties of Field Service Engineer:

• Deliver after-sales support, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of laboratory and research equipment.
  
• Offer technical guidance and consultation to clients.
  
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  
• Compile and submit detailed service reports.
  

Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
  
• 1 - 2 years experience in life science industry
  
• Possess vaild Class 3 drving license and own transport is an added advantage
