Job Responsibilities :
-


· Responsible for meeting daily service and repair needs and driving customer satisfaction.


· Installs, repairs and maintains equipment in the field;
provides customer training as required.


· Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork in a timely basis.


· Participates in service sales opportunities and assists with promoting and implementing revenue programs.


· Ensures that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.


· Assess product/equipment performance based on field support data;
recommends modifications or improvements.


· Performs problem diagnosis, service and preventative maintenance on instruments for lab automation.


· Handles essential tasks as assigned and responds to change productively




Requirements :
-


· Must be an engineering in the following disciplines – Electrical &
Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, IT or related disciplines.


· Candidate must be diligent and possess good communication skills – oral or written – to be able to interact with customers and suppliers effectively.


· A team player.


· Have strong organizational skills and strong follow-up skills


· Able to complete all tasks assigned in a timely fashion.


· Possess a high level of commitment and initiative.
