Finance Consultant - Investment And Fundraising

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Finance Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, investment fund linkage, and fundraising. The Finance Consultant will play a crucial role in connecting us with investment funds, raising capital, and developing financial strategies to support our growth in the high-performance IC design and automotive markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to connect the company with investment funds and raise capital.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with key investors, financial institutions, and potential funding partners.
  
• Lead fundraising efforts, including preparing investment pitches, conducting roadshows, and negotiating terms with investors.
  
• Conduct thorough financial analyses and modeling to support fundraising activities and investment decisions.
  
• Develop and manage structured notes for investment.
  
• Collaborate with the executive team to align fundraising strategies with the company’s financial goals and market opportunities.
  
• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and documentation for investors and stakeholders.
  
• Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes affecting the IC design and automotive markets.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Economics, Trade, or related fields from a reputable university. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.G., CPA) are a plus.
  
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, investment fund linkage, and fundraising.
  
• Proven track record of successfully raising significant capital (>
  USD 100 million).
  
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Strong network and experience collaborating with multinational corporations, financial institutions, and investment funds.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience as a Financial Manager, Investment Director, or similar role in a high-tech or real estate investment company.
  
• Background in developing and managing structured notes.
  
• Familiarity with the semiconductor industry.
