About The Company:


  • A vision care retail company
  • Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Location:
    Bukit Merah




Responsibilities:


  • Handle and maintain full set of accounts for companies within portfolio
  • Process all purchase invoices, expense claims and supplier payments on a timely basis
  • Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly financial reporting
  • Handle daily cash and sales reconciliations
  • Handle intercompany billing
  • Liaise with Auditors during the yearly audit
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by Finance Supervisor/Manager




Requirements:


  • Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA and equivalent professional qualifications
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good understanding of GST is preferred
  • Self-motivated, meticulous and/or be a proactive team player
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently or with minimum supervision
