Finance Executive

The Opportunity:

The Role:

As a Finance Executive reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Perform day-to-day operations for AP/AR functions.
  
• Handle the entire payable process:
  suppliers, receivable process:
  customers, and the local and overseas staff claim processing cycle.
  
• Actively monitor AR aging reports and follow up on collections.
  
• Maintain and manage the fixed assets register.
  
• Responsible for initiating, planning, and administering accounts payable/receivable functions.
  

Experience Requirements :

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Accountancy.
  
• Min. 1 years of relevant working experience.
  
• Attention to detail, meticulousness, and a strong team player mentality are essential.
  
• Knowledge in Audit Skills / SAP / MYOB preferred.
  
• Singaporeans only.
