Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented team player with great communication skills and positive attitude to join our team at the HQ. Your main responsibility will be managing and the reporting of financial information for the organization.

Job Description

• Prepare monthly management reporting and highlight the issue based on the figure for management review
• Prepare monthly JV.
• Prepare and review bs schedules
• Liaise with the auditor for annual audit &
  GTO audit
• Responsible for the full spectrum of finance activities of F&
  B operations
• Verify and tally all sales transactions via different modes of payments
• Online payment checking
• Cashflow monitoring.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• GST Submission
• Employee income tax submission
• Monthly CPF submission
• Employee Tax Clearance Submission.
• Insurance Renewal
• All finance-related matters.

Requirements

• Committed, meticulous and keen learner with positive attitude
• Able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Well organized in a manner that is easily read by others
• Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to handle any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
