Finance & Human Resources Officer/ Executive

Responsibilities:

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE ROLE:

• Responsible for the full range of accounting functions for several entities
  
• Manage complete sets of company accounts (AP, AR, GL), including monthly account submissions
  
• Perform reconciliations (bank, inter-company accounts, accounts receivable)
  
• Ensure accounting operations are conducted in accordance with internal accounting procedures
  
• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on collections for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
  
• Update loans monthly and create GIRO transactions
  
• Update daily installment payments, maintain administrative records, and handle filing
  
• Prepare online payments Address inquiries related to orders and handle ad hoc assignments as required
  

HR ROLE

• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
  
• Prepare employment-related letters such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, and manage off-boarding procedures.
  
• Handle payroll, leave management, and day-to-day operations.
  
• Manage work pass renewals, applications, cancellations, and levy waiver requests.
  
• Process monthly payroll, overtime, claims, and allowances.
  
• Submit and process statutory payments and claims, including CPF, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, Government-Paid Leave, and training grant submissions.
  
• Address employees' inquiries regarding payroll and leave matters.
  
• Maintain accurate records in the HR system and employees' personal files.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
  
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude towards learning and professional development.
  
• Able to work independently as well as with the team.
