Finance Supervisor (Full Sets, Electronics Trading Industry, Urgent)

• Data Entry and update in Accounting System:
  use SAP for all entries and updates
  
• Full-set accounting experience:
  capable of independently preparing Balance Sheets (BS), Profit and Loss statements (PL), and Cash Flow statements (CF), and able to educate team members on these processes
  
• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Closings:
  Manage all aspects of financial closings
  
• Financial Reporting to Japan Headquarters:
  Use DIVA for report submissions and prepare and submit consolidated financial packages in English. Consolidation will be handled by Japan side, so need to prepare some documents to submit there）
  
• Tax Filings (Corporate Income Tax, VAT/GST):
  -Prepare and submit quarterly GST (Goods and Services Tax) returns.
  -Prepare and submit corporate income tax returns.
  -Handle various tax audits and inquiries.
  
• Accounting Audit Support:
  Prepare Annual Reports, manage audit schedules, respond to audit inquiries, and provide necessary information to auditors
  
• Assist with Some Accounts Payable (AP) Tasks:
  Generally, AP and AR tasks are handled by dedicated personnel
  
• Reporting to the General Manager (GM):
  Provide regular financial reports and updates
  
• Ad-hoc Tasks as Assigned:
  Includes human resources and administrative duties as needed
  

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience (financial statements, GST returns, corporate tax returns)
  
• Teamwork oriented
  
• Able to communicate effectively with other departments (sales, management)
  
• Basic knowledge of transfer pricing
