Job Responsibilities:

Cost Center Promotion:

• 
  
• Maintain the monthly standard cost system.
  
• Calculate cost variance rates.
  
• Understand cost center KPIs and assessment principles.
  
• Calculate cost savings and rank KPIs for manufacturing unit cost centers.
  

Cost Advantage Analysis:

• 
  
• Analyze cost savings and differences year-on-year/month-on-month based on cost center KPIs.
  
• Drive improvements in manufacturing costs.
  

Data Reporting:

• 
  
• Consolidate product standard cost profit and manufacturing cost center savings status.
  
• Regularly report findings to supervisors for reference and decision-making.
  

Skills and Abilities:

• 
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost accounting within electronics, machinery, or heavy industry manufacturing sectors.
  
• Familiarity with engineering management processes and cost control methods.
  
• Proficiency in rental standard calculation methods and logic.
  
• Strong cost accounting and analysis capabilities.
  
• Advanced skills in office software for data analysis.
  
• Fluent in English, both conversational and written.
  
• Willingness to undertake long-term business trips to India.
  
• Overseas experience, particularly in India, is advantageous.
