Job Description
Roles &
Responsibilities:

• Develop data migration strategies and plans, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during migration, while minimizing downtime and disruption to business operations
• Implement data migration scripts and tools to transfer data from legacy systems to Salesforce, performing data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality data imports
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to define data mapping and transformation rules, resolving data conflicts and discrepancies, and ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Execute data migration activities according to the defined migration strategy, performing dry runs, data verification, and reconciliation to ensure successful and error-free data migration
• Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting, resolving data-related issues, and assisting with data validation and reconciliation efforts to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Skills &
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
• Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications
• Experience in data migration projects, including data profiling, ETL processes, and data quality management
• Proficiency in SQL, data mapping tools, and data migration methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Prior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous
